Shipping policy

At CTPV, we ship within the Mexican Republic, depending on the coverage of our couriers. However, if you require shipping outside of Mexico, please contact us directly at 5535433402.

Deliveries of orders will be made to the address you provide at the time of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, and it is your responsibility to track the order. Additionally, you should stay in contact with the assigned courier, which will depend on the delivery location of your order.

Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery city and the conditions of the couriers we use. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

IMPORTANT: Delivery times may be extended based on the accessibility of the area (rural/metropolitan). During promotional seasons or events with high demand, delivery times may vary.
